Why I coach this way

I learned this the hard way. Twice.

In 2002 I was a junior college baseball player nobody was scouting. No offers. Then a no-name Division 2 school in New Mexico called. No scholarship. They'd "pay for my books."

What changed over the next two years? One mindset shift.

I learned to hit the ball the OTHER WAY.

I became the #1 hitter in the nation in Division 2, and the San Diego Padres drafted me in 2004.

Network marketing was the same story. For four years I chased teammates and didn't make a profit. Then I flipped it: customers first on social media, then a simple way to show my customers the business. That's how I became the #4 income earner in my company, without spamming anyone.
